We just had one of the most relaxing chauffeur experiences from our home to the Toronto International Airport. Our chauffeur, Nazia was very friendly and engaging, attentive and professional. The luxury car was very clean and quiet. We have booked Luxury Lift for our return trip home and we were very pleased to start our vacation with such class of professionalism.

Used this service from the Airport to Hamilton. My driver kept in communication with me from the time I landed until time of pick. My driver was professional, and I felt safe during the entire trip, even during rush hour traffic. I would recommend this service.

Used this service for my recent trip to Niagara. Ryan kept in communication with me from the time I landed, until the time I picked up my luggage. Big delays at the airport meant I didn’t collect my luggage for nearly 4 hours. Ryan assured me that he would continue waiting. The drive was great, and the car was clean. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for transportation services.

Luxury Lift ferried my elderly mother between Toronto and Burlington, Vermont (~8 hours) during the 2022 holiday season. Despite terrible weather conditions and a last minute booking, they transported here here and back comfortably, cheerily, and professionally. They never ceased to cater to her every need. I cannot recommend this service more highly. Short of a private jet, this is the best way to travel such a distance.

Ryan drove us to Hamilton from Pearson airport during the big winter storm on 23 December. He was incredibly patient following the extensive airport delays, and made us feel really safe driving through the storm. He was very friendly and a pleasure to drive with. Thanks Ryan!

I used Luxury Lift today, to go from Toronto Pearson all the way to Haliburton in cottage country. I was initially a little reluctant to hire a driver instead of taking the bus, but I am so glad that I did. When I factored in all the costs of putting in a day in Toronto, while waiting for the bus, it actually made sense… and I got to my destination eight hours earlier than I would have on the bus. The driver was very easy to talk to, but gave me the option to rest if I wanted to. The car was very clean and I felt super safe in the snow. I will definitely use them again.

Luxury Lift did an excellent job of transporting us from Canada to the USA. We had engaged them for the 5 hour trip as mobility issues made travel by plane or train very difficult. Our driver arrived precisely on time in the car we had selected; the trip was smooth; and rest stops were willingly provided. The return trip was equally pleasant. We were also pleased with the choice of entry to the USA as it was quick and easy. We will use this company on future trips. Many thanks to both drivers.

They offer a good service. I must say the company has some really professional staff who take care of their customer's requirements and dont let you disappoint or sulk for choosing a bad service. I booked this company because I had too much luggage to take train to airport without help. It was a little expensive but going door to door was the best option I felt and was also sure of reaching airport in plenty of time for overseas flight. I was picked up ay the time arranged, helped with luggage and had wonderful trip with driver as we chatted the entire way. The time flew by and I arrived at Pearson Airport in ample time for flight. The driver helped with my luggage while I went for a cart. I was so pleased that I booked her again on my return and had an equally pleasant time and actually felt that I had made a new casual friend. Service was the best, advice was excellent and I would not hesitate to use this company again if I was taking a big trip where time and safety a priority. Well worth the cost as no problems, travel excellent and company and assistance with bags a plus. Pick up at airport also great as well informed where we would meet and she was prompt and helpful, especially as I was travelling alone and I am 75 years old. I highly recommend this service. I was travelling from Windsor to Toronto airport.

The ride was absolutely amazing, the car was fully air conditioned and clean. Nazia was really kind and sweet throughout the journey and I had an amazing time as well. There was also complementary water included in the ride. Would definitely recommend it :)

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! My wife and I recently (June 7th. and June 14th.) had the pleasure of using Luxury Lift for transportation to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for transportation. Their drivers were very punctual, professional, pleasant, and reliable. Our first driver (my apologies for not getting his name) arrived ten minutes early for our pick-up time at 3:00 am. He was very courteous and pleasant even at that time of the morning. His vehicle was spotless, and his driving was excellent. On our return, our driver Nazia was waiting for us at the airport even after our flight was delayed on the runway upon arrival, and our luggage took an extremely long time to get deplaned. Nazia texted me several times to ensure that we knew she would be waiting for us once we cleared the arrival hall. Like our first driver, Nazia was very professional and pleasant with excellent driving skills, and again the car was exceptionally clean. Luxury Lift is now definitely our go to company for airport transportation.

First time using Luxury Limo for a trip away after COVID. Nadia W & Wahid our drivers, were very pleasant, helpful and we had nice conversation with both of them. The vehicles were very clean and they even supplied bottled water. Right from booking, to pickup and drop off it made our trip stress free. Instructions were clear and precise as to, where to go for pick up at the airport. We chose to use the 407 to ensure a delay free trip, and even found adding the extra fee for this use, it was a very good price to use this service. Thank you for a wonderful experience ! We will definitely use your service again, and highly recommend your service. Your business cards will be kept with our passports for future trips. Thank you once again Rick & Dianne McRobert
